The Austria Center Vienna was opened in 1987 and has since been Austria’s largest conference center. With 19 halls, 180 meeting rooms, 26,000 m² of exhibition and networking space, and a capacity of 22,800 people, it ranks among the top players in the international conference industry. It is the only conference center in the world directly connected to a UN headquarters.
The objective of our service was to develop a specification sheet for the digital requirements in facility management and, consequently, to select and implement a CAFM system.
The foundation was based on the results of a joint workshop held in early 2020, which identified the relevant modules and core functionalities (functionalities, processes, systems, competencies, qualities, qualifications, data sources, etc.).
