The energy renovation of the Telli Area is one of our Wall of Fame projects. These are projects that we are particularly proud of. They have not only helped our respective clients, but also us as a company.

Why the Telli Area deserves a place on our Wall of Fame:

  • Sustainable renovation: The Telli Area was built between 1973 and 1985, so it was time for energy renovation. The sustainable renovation means we are contributing to quality of life in the future

  • Major project: Around 580 homes and 1,000 tenants were affected by the renovation work

  • Prefabrication, modularity, lean: We ensured cost-effective completion with a high degree of prefabrication, modular construction, and lean construction management. The aim was to minimize the time tenants had to leave their homes
