The Erste Campus has been the new headquarters for Erste Group Bank AG since 2016 and was built on the site of the old Südbahnhof.

With extensive service, leisure, and local supply facilities, the Erste Campus offers a pleasant working environment with high work and life quality for the employees of the holding company, Erste Bank Austria, and the Austrian-based subsidiaries.

The highest construction standards ensure cost efficiency and reduce operating and energy costs.

We were commissioned to ensure the preparation of a cost-, quality-, and resource-optimized operation for the Erste Campus, as well as a coordinated, prepared, and smooth commissioning process. Through facility management project support, the prerequisites for optimal operation of the Erste Campus were to be established.

To achieve these goals, FM specifications were developed during the various planning phases, and the design and execution planning, as well as product decisions, were evaluated based on operational requirements, thereby supporting operationally compliant planning.

Follow-up costs were continuously monitored, adjusted, and optimized throughout the entire planning and construction process to ensure cost certainty for the client.

For the procurement of external facility service providers, transparent service specifications were created, and the process was carried out in coordination with the client.
