FM Plus Facility Management GmbH is 100% owned by the State of Lower Austria and serves as the FM service provider for the state's art and educational institutions. The company manages educational facilities and infrastructure operations at the campuses in Krems, Klosterneuburg, and Tulln.
The former Niederösterreichische Bildungsgesellschaft GmbH commissioned us to oversee the change process in order to support the necessary development steps required for the upcoming realignment. The goal is to develop the competencies and resources needed in the future and to design a "new," adapted identity.
