As a non-profit property developer, Heimat Österreich has been creating contemporary homes at affordable costs for over 60 years through innovative ideas, well-thought-out concepts, and its pioneering role in ecological construction. In addition to its core business of building rental and owner-occupied apartments in Salzburg, Lower Austria, and Vienna, Heimat Österreich demonstrates its expertise in special projects such as kindergartens, schools, senior homes, and assisted living facilities.

At the beginning of the new millennium, Heimat Österreich faced significant economic changes and the associated paradigm shift—transitioning into a service-oriented company.

We provided support and guidance throughout the entire process, from analysis and action planning to structural and cultural implementation, as well as ongoing optimizations. The goal was to ensure acceptance within the company for the strategy of becoming a service-oriented organization and to adapt its structures accordingly.

The cultural development focused on establishing a service-oriented mindset and supporting employees in aligning their behavior with this approach.
