The entire office building is being refurbished and converted into a hotel. In the courtyard there is a terrace and 10 parking spaces. 

In addition to its main use as a hotel, the building houses two apartments as well as a bank branch and a tobacconist.

• In addition to the time-consuming approval procedure due to the requirements of the Federal Office of Monuments and the Expert Commission in the Old Town Protection Zone 2, full operation in the planning phase allows only limited openings of the building components and exploration of the existing buildings. 
• The bank branch will remain in operation during the renovation work.
• Particular attention will be paid to inner-city conditions in the implementation.
