In Rosthorngasse 5 in Vienna-Donaustadt, the project developer SÜBA has built a residential complex consisting of a total of 82 apartments for BARI (Bank Austria Real Invest) and handed it over 3 weeks before the contractually defined deadline.

Under the residential complex is a basement with a total of 46 car parking spaces and 168 bicycle parking spaces. Access and exit to the garage is via the common ramp from Rosthorngasse. In the basement, in addition to technical rooms, there are also bicycle parking spaces, laundry room and cellar compartments.

The 82 apartments are divided over 4 upper floors (ground floor, first floor, first floor and second floor). Depending on the location, each apartment has a loggia or balcony. The apartments on the ground floor have private gardens.

Electricity is generated from "renewable energy source" / heating & cooling (heat pumps, groundwater) is supplied by building component activation.
