The Kerbler Group is constructing an office building in ecological design within the emerging Seeparkquartier in aspern Seestadt.
The building will accommodate approximately 330 workplaces and house a customer service center with an expected daily customer volume of around 600 people.
During the planning phase, we were commissioned to estimate the follow-up costs for operations. Additionally, the goal was to detail and define the cost distribution between the landlord and tenants as a basis for the lease agreement.
