The hotel comprises 77 rooms and suites as well as cafés, restaurants, bars, lounges, fitness facilities, a generous and innovative spa and wellness area as well as an underground car park with 154 parking spaces. 4 apartment buildings with 45 apartments and 15 chalets located on the project site.

• Construction of a noise protection gallery over Pass-Thurn-Straße as a basis for hotel construction
• The hotel as well as the apartments and chalets are protected under strict nature protection regulations by the adjacent Hohe-Tauern nature reserve at an altitude of 1,200 m above sea level.  A.
• The hotel is subject to very high quality and sustainability standards by the operator and the construction must therefore be carried out under the strict criteria of LEED certification.
