Drees & Sommer was commissioned by Catella Residential Investment Management GmbH from Berlin to carry out a Technical Due Diligence for the residential building "Squadro Apartments" in Linz, in Upper Austria.

The object is located between Semmelweisstraße and Garnisonstraße in the middle of the city of Linz in the so-called "hospital district" (Kepler University Hospital, Accident Hospital and Med Campus Linz) and directly next to the FH Upper Austria Campus. It is a six-floor residential building completed in 2015. The apartments are arranged over the four wings and four entrances around a four-sided enclosed courtyard and are accessible through an open arcade. The 91 apartments are accessed via two staircases and elevators. Each apartment has open space (balconies or gardens on the first floor) and an equipped kitchen. The roofed bicycle parking spaces are located outside, one part directly next to the entrance and the second part of the bicycle parking spaces is located in the courtyard.
