University Vienna

The University of Vienna was founded in 1365 and is located at Universitätsring 1, 1010 Vienna.

The DLE RRM is one of 11 service units at the University of Vienna and is responsible for strategic facility management as well as providing facility services. As such, the DLE RRM ensures the provision of necessary resources and services (space, energy, security, cleaning, etc.) for the University of Vienna, including compliance with technical occupational safety requirements. In 2011, the DLE RRM underwent a restructuring, introducing a new organizational structure and developing a multi-year strategy for its realignment.

In 2013, the unit was commissioned to moderate strategy retreats, support leadership and team development processes, and provide expert input on CAFM and service processes.
