The Wiener Linien operate Austria's largest transportation network: 78.5 kilometers of subway, approximately 172 kilometers of the world's sixth-largest tram network, and bus routes totaling more than 700 kilometers. Every day, 500 buses, over 500 tram trains, and around 150 subway trains cover more than 200,000 kilometers and carry out two and a half million trips.

The goal of the consultation was to design the Facility Management organizational structure and workflows, including functional and role descriptions.
