People and goods are still being transported by air, particularly when large distances and high-value – often perishable – goods are involved. At the same time, airports are evolving from pure passenger hubs into customer-oriented multifunctional facilities. Thanks to innovations in aerospace technology, the sector offers huge potential. At the same time, changing travel patterns and the need to reduce carbon emissions are presenting new challenges. It is in this environment that we work with our customers – airports, airlines, aircraft manufacturers and space agencies and companies – to develop and implement real estate strategies and change processes.
