As an independent organization, Drees & Sommer regularly acts as a delegated developer.

From our background in engineering, spatial planning, finance, development management, project management and contract knowledge, we are able to completely unburden our clients. Whether we are dealing with competitions, tenders or advising and supporting in acquisitions; our colleagues have extensive, demonstrable experience in these phases.

For clients we have been involved in various projects to get a better grip on (complex) development projects and help them with their feasibility. In this we go further than others.
