Drees & Sommer continues to build successfully on digitalization: Our new Obere Waldplätze 12 office building benefited massively from the use of digital technologies and methods by their deployment as early as the planning stage.
Not only during planning but also in the later construction phase, our experts linked the digital planning methods such as LCM digital and BIM (Level 2) for the first time. Thanks to a newly created interface between BIM and LEAN, the BIM model no longer only shows the theoretical planning status, but also the actual construction progress on the building site. The results would be live in five days: On 1 December, we officially open OWP12.
