We support you with all processes related to portfolio purchases and divestments. We provide flexible support in the form of due diligence, in-depth analysis and feasibility studies, helping you develop a sound basis for decisions and for asserting your interests in negotiations.

Our Management and Operations service is aimed at owners, investors and users. This area focuses on the management and the sustainable and efficient operation of real estate – including the implementation of measures by Technical Asset Management. We optimize processes and ensure that organizations are sustainably and digitally aligned. We achieve this, for example, by minimizing risks, reducing costs and increasing transparency for decision-making.

The Real Estate Strategy team works with you to develop property-specific strategies. We also define specific goals and measures for individual properties or portfolios.  From high-yield portfolios with appreciation potential to distressed assets and their repositioning, we initiate economic measures in line with the established strategy. We establish a schedule for these measures, particularly in the case of portfolios, thus facilitating implementation. Our tools allow you to view and benchmark variants, and to see how the various measures affect performance. We support private- and public-sector property owners, investors and funders from project inception to the successful implementation of the developed strategy. We take into account all relevant influencing factors on the way to helping you reach your decision.
