At this year's Hotelforum, the 25Hours Hotel in Florence and Art Invest Real Estate Management received the "Hotel Property Award 2022" in the category "Special Award/Masterpiece". For 20 years now, the Hotelforum has been held as part of Expo Real in Munich. The annual "Hotel Property Award" is one of the most prestigious prizes in the European hotel industry.
In September 2021, the hotel opened in the center of the historic city center of Florence. The heart of the hotel is the San Paolino restaurant, located under a huge glass dome. Relaxation is promised by a green courtyard garden. There is also a cocktail bar, a lively piazza, and a grocery store serving the entire neighborhood.
In addition to a new construction portion, the project included the renovation of the historic existing building. The site's location in the historic center of Florence was also challenging. None of this was an obstacle to the goal of completing the project on time, in the desired quality and within the specified budget. Drees & Sommer undertook technical supervision in this project and supported the client with its hospitality expertise.
