Age-appropriate, self-determined and in familiar surroundings: This is how the majority of seniors in this country would like to live, as a joint study by ENA Experts and Drees & Sommer shows. The key finding is that there is great demand for housing in the surrounding area that meets needs. However, there is a lack of suitable offers for assisted living almost everywhere, especially in the catchment areas of cities.
