Against the backdrop of growing automation efforts within the Facility Management (FM) industry and the consequences of the pandemic, Drees & Sommer and The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) bring the second iteration of the “European FM Provider Report”. A first of its kind, deep insight into the European Facility Management market was launched in 2020 to improve transparency for all stakeholders.
For companies that require FM services, this report provides an overview of the market, allowing them to identify and target potential suppliers by taking into account the number of employees, regional and functional criteria. To FM providers, it offers the opportunity to present their company and their services in the European market in a structured way. Furthermore, the report can serve as a basis for further analyses and a benchmark for all market participants.
The current report contains an in-depth analysis and summary for 21 FM service providers, each featured in a profile with revenue and employee statistics per region as well as information about the services they offer in each European country. Further 26 service providers are included with data based on a desk-research. Only companies offering a wider range of FM services across at least two European countries were considered for this study.
