There were shifts in asset classes due to Corona: While hospitality and retail properties struggled, logistics properties boomed. We continue to observe increased demand for the two major trend themes of digitization and sustainability – particularly with regard to smart buildings and the implementation of ESG criteria. For 2021, it remains exciting to see how demand and consequently rents will develop."
