CSA Real Estate Switzerland
The Vulcano, a project which is being jointly implemented by CSA Real Estate Switzerland (CSA RES), an investment group in the Credit Suisse Investment Foundation (CSA), and the project developer and turnkey design-build contractor Steiner AG, will provide Zurich West with a new landmark offering spectacular views over Switzerland’s capital city and the surrounding area. The three slender 80-meter residential towers can be seen from afar.
This development also includes the first aja City Resort (a-ja City Resort und Hotel GmbH) which offers 320 rooms, the renowned aja experience zones, various restaurants, a spa area, a rooftop alpine garden and a beauty shop.
