Ory & Associés
The client used the move-out of the economic journal “Les Echos” to carry out renovation works on some floors of his historic building "Le Centorial". The project was executed in two phases.
Phase 1: Renovation of the office floors on the first and third floors and renovation of the premises on the upper and lower ground floors.
Phase 2: Creation of an auditorium of about 200 seats on the first basement floor, a restaurant and a lounge. In addition creation of a cafeteria on the lower ground floor, adjacent to the existing restaurant. The aim of this Phase 2 was to create areas that can be used by the tenants to organise meetings, conferences and VIP events.
