Crossover is a landmark in Amsterdam's Kop Zuidas district, and only a stone's throw from the Rai. This highly sustainable, mixed-use building consists of approximately 10,800 m2 of office space with private terraces, approximately 500 m2 of social facilities, a commercial space intended for a restaurant offering approximately 340 m2, 120 low-income rental residences, 10 owner-occupied residences, 80 parking spaces and three bicycle stands.

The office and residential building is WELL certified and was awarded a BREEAM-NL Outstanding design certificate, the highest possible sustainability score offered by BREEAM-NL. With its distinctive architecture - including large, eye-catching windows - Crossover is a marriage of lofty ambitions in the fields of sustainability, well-being, energy and efficiency. High-scoring sustainability measures include the heating and air conditioning system that can be set both locally and per zone, energy-efficient LED lighting, solar panels, energy-efficient elevators, electric car charging stations, occupancy control and lighting control. The building is net zero energy (NZE = 0) with an energy label of A+++. It boasts green terraces with grass and plants, and both roofs and terraces are equipped with rainwater storage units.
