The Rhine-Ruhr Center in Mülheim an der Ruhr is being comprehensively revitalized. The investor is a joint venture between the real estate fund "North Haven Real Estate Fund IX Global", managed by Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing (MSREI), and redos real estate. The aim is to make the total rental space of 138,000 square meters fit for the future. In concrete terms, the aim is to improve the quality of the stay, offer customers greater variety and more service and thus increase the length of stay.
