WORKAROUND @ MGB

With the support of RBSGROUP – Part of Drees & Sommer and the WorkAround© game-like activity, the Federation of Migros Cooperatives (MGB) introduced mobile and flexible working at its Zurich headquarters in Limmatplatz.
WorkAround© offers a playful introduction to the benefits and challenges of mobile flexible working. It can be used before, during and even after the introduction of these new forms of work. Professional moderation ensures that lessons learned in the activity are considered and that practical courses of action are developed jointly with the players for each situation.
At MGB, a selected project team attended a train-the-trainer workshop, enabling them to take over the complex moderation and preparation of the game activities. This allows WorkAround® to be profitably deployed at the company – and probably at other offices in the future.
Added value
- Simulated work situations establish relationships to the real mobile and flexible work environment. The team develops the rules of the game for mobile and flexible working, and the process can reduce reservations with regard to new work scenarios.
