From 2015 to 2018, RBSGROUP – Part of Drees & Sommer was responsible for office planning for the Roche Glycart AG laboratory and office high-rise ‘Wagi Tower 10’ in Schlieren. The office concept for the 240 employees was developed based on a usage analysis conducted in consultation with user representatives. Drees & Sommer was also responsible for the design and implementation of change management, and for providing support with change communication. A digital project communication platform was implemented and successfully used during the course of the project. The customer was delighted with the successful user-centered design and the change process, and the Roche Glycart employees agree that the new office is ‘a great place to work’.
