Whether it’s a neighbourhood or temporary usage, a showroom, workplace or hotel concept: the underlying reasoning is decisive. What values and purpose are pivotal for the project? These will provide the basis for a strategic positioning and in turn impact the design.
Connecting people in spaces
So much can be gained from personal encounters. It’s the reason why areas such as meeting points and marketplaces, coffee bars and yoga studios play such an important role in our designs. People become the centre of attention in places like these: it’s where they exchange information and gain inspiration.
Creating great places
We pay great attention to flexibility and adaptability, because requirements change over time – as change seems to be the only thing that’s certain in these uncertain times. The digital layer remains in focus in our workplace concepts as it’s essential for successful hybrid working, streaming presentations and recording podcasts. Plans for tomorrow always reflect the situation today. What ecological footprint have the materials we’ve used left behind? Were they produced sustainably? Are the products reparable and were they created to be long-lasting? Once a place has fulfilled the trio of requirements – multifunctional, digital and sustainable – it can claim to be a place of quality with a long lifespan.
Who we are
Brand Experience is an interdisciplinary team of specialists in architecture, sustainability, interior design, product design and communications. We’re proud of our creative design work, which has been recognised with a variety of awards. Trying out new things and experiencing unforeseeable situations – that’s when we really thrive. No project is too big for us and no challenge too complex: we’re part of Drees & Sommer, with an in-house team providing additional expertise where the project might need it.
