Every member of the Drees & Sommer Group acts in accordance with the law. Our certified compliance management system includes risk-oriented principles, training, controls, and reporting procedures.
Integrity shapes our partnerships with clients and business partners. Our mission statement, “Success with Integrity,” and our Code of Conduct define this standard. We do not tolerate compliance violations and will pursue them consistently.
Employees and business partners can report concerns to our internal reporting office or anonymously to our external legal ombudsperson. The Drees & Sommer Group's Whistleblower Policy defines the contact persons and reporting procedures.

Our Occupational Safety Policy provides a framework for our occupational health and safety objectives. Since 2021, our Occupational Health and Safety Management System (AMS) has aligned all activities with ISO 45001. It provides a clear framework for our safety objectives.
