What challenges and opportunities does the use of AI bring to the construction and real estate industry? Inspired by valuable impulses from Microsoft, among others, around 60 participants discussed and worked on questions relating to the use of AI.

Artificial intelligence (AI) plays a crucial role for the entire industry and also for Drees & Sommer as an innovation leader and driver of digitalization. Whether for optimizing work processes or opening up new business areas - the new technological possibilities offer a great deal of potential. The Drees & Sommer Innovation Center therefore invited participants to the "AI Ideathon" on July 14 and 15 at the Innovation Hub Stuttgart: Dresos from different sectors delved deep into the topic and developed ideas for the future.
First conclusion of the strategic workshop: We are not only pleased that artificial intelligence will relieve us of tedious and time-consuming, repetitive tasks in the future. We also see the immense opportunities for our core business as well as for new digital business models. We will use this newly gained freedom to create new added value - for us and our customers.
