When Drees & Sommer opens its new office at Obere Waldplätze 12 (OWP12) on December 1, 2021, the employees will move into a building that meets the plus-energy standards. This building generates more energy than it consumes and the materials used in construction complies as closely as possible with the Cradle to Cradle® design principle.
