The finished Richti-Areal site in Wallisellen is home to new offices for Astellas Pharma Ltd., including conference facilities. Drees & Sommer realized a spacious, attractive working environment which is flooded with light. The color scheme and materials concept draw heavily on Japanese rock gardens with their graphic, relief-like structure, thereby alluding to the company’s Japanese roots. This is reinforced by the incorporation of abstract birds from Astellas Pharma’s corporate identity.
