Overall, the complex comprises six new 4- and 5-star hotels, approximately 500 large apartments in 42 residential buildings as well as 25 chalets. The new buildings are directly adjacent to the existing town. The historical centre of the town is within walking distance; old and new integrate together harmoniously. The Chedi Andermatt plays a vital role within the overall project as a 5-star deluxe hotel. 48 hotel rooms, 65 apartments, 13 penthouses, 42 residences and one suite are spread over nine separate buildings.
