Few topics currently pose greater challenges for human resources and facility management than the question of how they can optimally support the increasing demand for hybrid collaboration. The requirements and approaches to the topic are too diverse. For example, while some companies are still intensively discussing the right office ratio, scientists already have the first answers. But there are also good examples in practice that have found their own way beyond the debate.
What remains is the question of the factors that are critical to the success of functioning hybrid collaboration. What do organisational concepts need to achieve and how can HR and facility management work hand in hand to provide the best physical tools in the form of rooms and spaces in addition to mobile working?
We would like to address this question together with our speakers on 7 March 2024.
