Drees & Sommer is building the future: With our new office building at Obere Waldplätze 12 (OWP12) in Stuttgart, we are setting standards - from ecology to digitalization. We will present the building technologies of the future to you during our OWP12 Innovation Journey over the course of 2021: Innovations that we are testing ourselves on our new building with a view to implementing them in customer projects in the future.
Green and circular - from IT as the "nervous system" of building operations to the real estate management of the future:
- Klaus Dederichs, Partner at Drees & Sommer, will start with an impulse on digitization trends that could already be implemented today but have not yet arrived in practice
- Then it's off to the OWP12 project: Together with our cooperation partners Phoenix Contact and Solo Lightning, we will bridge the gap to reality and show the various IT and sensor technology solutions in our building.
- Before we move on to the concluding, interactive panel discussion, we will venture a glimpse into the future of real estate operations.
