Drees & Sommer is building the future: With our new office building at Obere Waldplätze 12 (OWP12) in Stuttgart, we are setting standards - from ecology to digitalisation. We will present the building technologies of the future to you during our OWP12 Innovation Journey over the course of 2021: Innovations that we are testing ourselves on our new building in order to implement them in customer projects in the future.
- Together with Prof. Dr. Jörg W. Fischer from the Steinbeis Transfer Centre, we venture a look at the developments of digitalisation in the construction and real estate industry.
- With our cooperation partners LCM Digital and big®, we will present the combination of the digital planning methods LCM Digital and BIM - and show how this can significantly increase efficiency on construction sites.
- In a concluding interactive panel discussion, we will shed light on the use of these innovations for different sectors and project types.
