Drees & Sommer is building the future: With our new office building at Obere Waldplätze 12 (OWP12) in Stuttgart, we are setting standards - from ecology to digitalisation. We will present the building technologies of the future to you during our OWP12 Innovation Journey over the course of 2021: Innovations that we are testing ourselves on our new building in order to implement them in customer projects in the future.
Together with our cooperation partners FKN FASSADENandEvonik, we will present a real world premiere at the upcoming OWP12 event: the modular element façade e-coFACE, which withstands high demands on sound insulation and thermal insulation and at the same time creates an enormous gain in space thanks to its low construction depth.
With exclusive insights directly from the construction site and an interactive panel discussion, we will shed light on the use of this innovation for various sectors and project types.
