DREES & SOMMER EXPANDS IN GREECE WITH GREEK ENGINEERING COMPANY ENOIA S.A.
With ENOIA S.A., the Athens-based Greek entity of Future Group, one of Greece’s leading engineering and consulting companies joins the Drees & Sommer Group. The acquisition further expands Drees & Sommer’s footprint in Greece and strengthens the company’s strategic position across Southern Europe.
Founded in Athens in 1987 and acquired by Future Group in 2007, ENOIA S.A. is a multidisciplinary engineering and project management company with expertise in process and piping engineering, industrial facilities, energy and water infrastructure, and sustainable mining. Particularly, ENOIA S.A. has served from the outset as owner's engineer for one of Europe's most emblematic sustainable mining investments, while its wider experience indicatively spans through life sciences and data center facilities, to low-carbon industrial plants integrating carbon capture including cement production, recycling facilities for the textile industry and others.

By joining forces, around 100 ENOIA employees will become part of Drees & Sommer in Greece, expanding the team in Athens and Thessaloniki to approximately 150 experts.
In particular, ENOIA enhances Drees & Sommer’s engineering expertise in the areas of process industries, water treatment, energy infrastructure, power generation and electrolysis. The company’s services cover the full project lifecycle, ranging from concept development and detailed engineering to procurement support and the successful delivery of complex projects.
ENOIA's existing management team will continue to lead the company together with Drees & Sommer. The company will operate as “ENOIA – Part of Drees & Sommer,” ensuring continuity for clients and employees while opening access to Drees & Sommer's international network.
