Drees & Sommer representative remains on the Executive Board of UN Global Compact Germany

Johanna Wild, Head of Corporate Sustainability at Drees & Sommer, will remain on the Executive Board of UN Global Compact Network Germany (UN GCD) for another two years, continuing her commitment with her re-election. Working closely with the secretariat, the board members will support the network's work and promote dialogue on responsible business practices.
The UN Global Compact Network Germany brings together the German signatories to the UN Global Compact. The organizations represented come from business, civil society, academia, and the public sector. The network was established in 2000 on the initiative of German companies as one of the first and now largest of the approximately 70 local UN GC networks.
The UN GCD currently brings together more than 1,250 participants, including over 1,150 companies – from DAX-listed corporations to medium-sized businesses and SMEs. The network is complemented by around 70 representatives from civil society, academia, and politics. The common goal of all members is to strengthen the long-term multi-stakeholder dialogue on implementing the sustainable transformation of the economy.
