As a hybrid discussion platform for hospital managers and decision-makers from politics, business, associations and science, the Hospital Forum will take place on March 18, 2021. On this day, it will revolve around topics such as hospital policy, financing, strategy or controlling. The Hospital Forum will be opened by the Federal Minister of Health, Jens Spahn.
Prof. Dr. med. Christian Lackner, Senior Manager Healthcare Division at Drees & Sommer, will discuss the topics of digitalization (KHZG), sustainability (C2C), the operational organization of the future and other new business models in the healthcare sector.
