European Real Estate Brand Award 2021: Drees & Sommer at the forefront in several categories

This year’s winners of the EUROPEAN REAL ESTATE BRAND AWARD were honored during a hybrid live stream on June 23, 2021. As the winner in the ‘Project Manager’ category and as growth winner in the EUROPEAN REAL ESTATE 500 ‘most resilient brand in the industry’ category, Drees & Sommer impressed those polled for the twelfth year in a row.

But that’s not all: This year, the company was also represented in other categories for the first time – for example taking third place in the national ranking for Austria and second place in the category ‘Integrated Real Estate Managers (IREM)’.

The REAL ESTATE BRAND AWARD is one of the most prestigious awards that can be conferred on companies in the European real estate industry.

Most comprehensive empirical brand study in the real estate industry

Since 2009, the European Real Estate Brand Institute has been assessing the top players in Europe as part of the largest empirical brand study in the real estate industry. In contrast to awards that are judgedby a jury, the REAL ESTATE BRAND AWARD reflects the true positioning of a company in the market based on valid empirical data that provides information about the strategic orientation and differentiation of market players.

Awards are conferred on the strongest brands from the nine leading countries and regions in Europe across eleven sub-sectors/asset classes. The validity and empirical nature of the data also enables growth winners to be determined, with awards being conferred on the companies with the strongest growth in the selected categories over the last twelve months.

BRAND BOOK in demand as keyreference work

The REAL ESTATE BRAND BOOK was published on the same day as the festive gala with presentation of the REAL ESTATE BRAND AWARDS and the coveted Brand Diamonds. Published annually, the REBB has established itself as Europe’s leading reference work for positioning corporate and project brands in the real estate industry.
