Our CREATORS ecosystem is realigning and will support scaleups in the CREATORS Space - powered by Drees & Sommer in the future.
Until now, CREATORS, our innovation ecosystem for the construction and real estate industry, has been about the intensive exchange on innovation topics and trends with other companies. Over the past four years, our colleagues from the Innovation Center have offered countless inspiring formats and sessions. Topics on new technologies such as VR, AR, Metaverse and AI and their influence on the construction and real estate industry brought startups, corporates and investors together and promoted cross-industry exchange.
New target group: scaleups
With the realignment, CREATORS will now focus on taking scaleups under its wing. Scaleups are startups that are already at an advanced stage of their development process and are already showing clearly positive growth for their business model. In the brand new Scaleup Center in Stuttgart, we give them the space and the right infrastructure to continue to grow and network.
The premises of the former Daimler headquarters in Stuttgart-Möhringen will be appropriately named CREATORS Space - powered by Drees & Sommer. The 2,000 square meters on Sternhöhe offer space for innovation and should be ready for occupancy in early 2025. Drees & Sommer is the initiator and partner of the new Creators Space and will be present on site with two colleagues from the Innovation Center. Holtmann plus and macom - Part of Drees & Sommer are also involved as early partners. Further partner companies are to follow in order to give the important topic of start-ups and scale-ups in Stuttgart the right breeding ground for economic success.
Among many applications, CREATORS received funding from the City of Stuttgart to implement this project. Drees & Sommer is anchor partner of the first Scale-up Center in Stuttgart
