How can we measure whether people feel good in the office and workplace? How can the social standards (the S in ESG) for my property, processes and organisation be strengthened? How can the office become more attractive again? Together with the globally active organisation Urban Land Institute (ULI), we invited to an exclusive after-work event at the "Prisma" in Frankfurt on 13 October.
Dr. Lena Reiß, Head of Health and Wellbeing at Drees & Sommer, kicked off the discussion with an impulse on the health and wellbeing approach, an evidence-based solution to answer these questions. Dr. Lena Reiß, Holger Hosang, Managing Partner Transaction and Asset Management at Sonar Real Estate GmbH, Annette Sturm, Head of Key Account Management at Design Offices GmbH and Stephen von der Brüggen, Partner and Member of the Executive Board at Art-Invest Real Estate Management GmbH & Co. KG on the panel.
Our Key Takeaway:
- The measurability of health and well-being is possible!
- Social standards are becoming increasingly relevant for all project participants; interest in them is also very high.
- Nevertheless, there are still few "lighthouse projects" that implement them in their development.
- There are no limits to the "S" in ESG - it can be used anywhere.
We thank the ULI for this great event!
