Only 6 days until the opening: Innovative planning and construction pays off at OWP12

Those who rely on modular construction can benefit from considerable time and cost advantages in planning, production and assembly. We were able to achieve this at our new office building at Obere Waldplätze 12 in Stuttgart.

Prefabricated construction can achieve a lot, by providing better working and environmentally friendly conditions for employees. In the field of technical building equipment (TBE for short), however, modular solutions were rare until recently. At OWP12, we came up with a real innovation: The innovative TBE module developed jointly by Drees & Sommer and Würth was used for the first time. It contains essential elements of technical building equipment, including heating, air conditioning and electrical engineering. On-site installation of each module took only around half an hour. It also allows for environmentally friendly dismantling.
