Strategic expansion in Poland: Drees & Sommer acquires ADC SP. Z O.O.

Drees & Sommer has acquired 100 percent of the shares in the Polish project management and construction planning company ADC Sp. z o.o with immediate effect. This strategic step strengthens the company’s presence in Poland and across the Central and Eastern European (CEE) region. 

Founded in 2018, ADC has quickly developed into a strong player in the Polish market. The company provides integrated services across the entire value chain - from architecture and design to consulting and technical advisory, on top of project management and construction supervision. Around 70 employees will join Drees & Sommer Poland.

With this acquisition, Drees & Sommer further expands its interdisciplinary capabilities, complementing its consulting expertise with in-depth planning and execution services. As a result, clients benefit from holistic solutions delivered across the entire project lifecycle from a single source.

For the time being, the legal company name will remain ADC Sp. z o.o.  
The company will operate under the logo “ADC – Part of Drees & Sommer” and will continue to be led by its current management team.  

Both companies look forward to the collaboration and the opportunities for growth in the Polish market and beyond.
