Preparations are underway: At the end of 2022, Drees & Sommer Frankfurt will leave Schmidtstrasse 51 and move into one of the two office buildings of the new Oststern project developed by Lang & Cie. Real Estate AG. Following planning approval in December 2020, construction is in now full swing and the topping-out ceremony was celebrated as scheduled on September 17. The new premises at Hanauer Landstrasse 123 have a floor area of some 5,500 square meters.

“The new regional office in Hanauer Landstrasse offers our more than 500 employees in Frankfurt innovative, adaptable office space in a prime location with excellent infrastructure,” says Marc Schömbs, a Partner of Drees & Sommer SE. With modern equipment and supported by digital technology and a functional, highly flexible and attractive interior, the new office is designed for collaboration and interdisciplinary communication. The new office lays the foundation for a new work environment and supports the goals of the ‘Next Level of Work’ project launched in March of this year. The relocation is being used as an opportunity to adapt work methods, communication and processes to the new challenges. The goal is for the Frankfurt regional office to realize the concept of ‘new work’ and allow people to experience it.
