Drees & Sommer Italia is providing expert consulting services for the new construction of the Hotel 25hours Piazza San Paolino in Florence’s old town.  The 25hours Hotels have 13 hotels across nine cities, each property is tailored according to its location. At the Florence location an Italian restaurant with a fresh design is being built with a roofed patio in the historic bank building from the 18th century. A characteristic café will enliven the Piazza San Paulino, while an elegant bar will celebrate the culture of sophisticated drinking.
