The “Studio in the Box” is a very special feature of the prestigious, modern business quarter created by ANH Hausbesitz. The idea we had for this 114-square-metre shared space was both logical and innovative: With new types of workplace emerging and the company office no longer enjoying a monopoly, we wanted to create a place that could be used in a variety of different ways and would foster neighbourly relations among the quarter’s occupants. It would be a place for working digitally but also non-digitally, with flexible furniture, professional equipment and a fabulous view of the River Spree. That was our concept, and it became reality. The Studio in the Box provides backgrounds and furniture layouts that can be arranged to suit different formats, and there are flexible textile layers for creating privacy and altering the acoustics. The state-of-the-art technical equipment can also be adapted as required. All in all, everything is at hand to turn the space into the perfect setting for a workshop, a meeting, a photo shoot or a yoga session. The equipment and the coffee bar are stowed in the wings while the main space functions as the stage for all kinds of events. It’s a place that encourages a network of neighbourly cooperation and inspirational exchange, creates synergies and generates new ideas.
