The very first residential and commercial tower in Differdange rises at the northern tip of the Arboria district, right next to the Opkorn shopping centre. 

The tower's façades are clad in gold bars, in harmony with the metal cladding of the Opkorn centre. Located in the centre of Differdange, the 138 flats are on 14 floors; less than 100 metres from all amenities.  

In addition, several shops and service centres are located on the ground floor of the tower. Drees & Sommer is supporting the project as part of execution supervision for the architectural firm Moreno Architecture & Associés S.à r.l.
