ÖBB-Infrastruktur Aktiengesellschaft issued an invitation to tender for the erection and leasing of its corporate headquarters, with around 37,300 square meters and some 100 garage parking spaces, according to the applicable Austrian Federal Public Procurement Law (Bundesvergabegesetz, BVergG).

Drees & Sommer was entrusted with supporting controlling, with the focus on execution quality, deadlines and costs. The project was handed over in budget and on time.
