A new and attractive use will be found for the Potsdam Tropical House from 2017. A feasibility study conducted by Drees & Sommer examined which options were technically and economically viable. In addition to the study, Drees & Sommer supported the opinion-forming process as well as aiding the client in various committees. Furthermore, the profitability analysis included, for the first time, a budgetary analysis on behalf of the city council. The client’s requirements were successfully met by bringing together technical and economic expertise.
